All cats should be transported in a secure pet carrier.

A valid up to date vaccination certificate for Feline Influenza and Feline Enteritis must be shown at each visit.

Any cats showing symptoms of respiratory disease or contagious skin disease will not be accepted for boarding.

Male cats over the age of 7 months must be neutered.

Our minimum stay/charge is 3 days.

Cancellation of a booking, less than 8 days before the first day of boarding, will be charged at the full price for the total period booked.

We request that your cat is treated with flea preventative in the week prior to their stay at Cats Alley. We reserve the right to apply flea treatment to any resident cat found to have fleas on day of arrival. The cost of treatment (£7.50) will be charged to the owner.

We aim to keep your cats happy, healthy and safe during their stay with us but would remind you that all cats are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.
